I believe that health is both a lifestyle and a choice. In order to maintain a state of peak performance, it starts with our physical bodies. Modern science is proving that ancestry, genetics, and all these other influences only play a small factor in our health. Our genes can actually be switched on and off by our underlying habits and routines.

I also believe that gyms are a waste of time (travel) and money. The world is our gym! The human body is designed to move functionally, not in isolation like gyms are designed to do. You won’t find “conventional” or modern training with me. It’s all about functionality, practicality, and moving our bodies as our ancestors did. Yes, you perhaps, can say that I am Primal aligned.

Meal plans and dictatorships don’t exist around me. I take great pride in empowering my clients to build a lifestyle that works within their lifestyle. Not uprooting everything for the sake of progress (which is why you’re stuck on the yo-yo). I also believe in ADDITION, not subtraction. The more we limit and restrict ourselves, the more we will set ourselves up for failure.

"In the beginning, I really struggled with the macros and protein (habit tracking) requirements in general. I was convinced that I would be eating way too much food. I had been intermittent fasting so I had to change that around as well, to fit all the protein and macros in.
